Tiny Tap Friends privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Tiny Tap Friends is an app for young children, made by Monkesoft. We built it so that it does not collect, store or share any personal information about you or your child.

What the app does not do

Voice recordings

In the grown-ups’ corner (protected by the phone’s fingerprint, face or PIN), a parent or carer can record their voice for the characters to use. The microphone is only used while a grown-up has pressed the record button. Recordings are saved only on the phone, inside the app’s private storage. They are never uploaded, backed up or shared, and we cannot access them. You can delete any recording in the grown-ups’ corner, and uninstalling the app deletes them all.

Purchases

Extra characters and packs can be bought in the grown-ups’ corner. Payments are handled entirely by the app store you installed the app from:

We receive only a confirmation of what was bought, which the app stores on the phone so it stays unlocked. We never see payment details or who bought it.

Settings stored on the phone

The app remembers which character was last chosen, what each character is wearing, the voice pitch, bedtime settings, the place last visited and what has been bought. This stays on the phone and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Children’s privacy

The app is designed for children under 5 and follows Google Play’s Families policy. Because we collect no personal information, there is no information about children for us to keep, use or share.
